Each state has both an Independent Living program and an Assistive Technology Act Program. In the grand scheme of government funding, each program is “small potatoes”, but in the day to day world of people with disabilities, lives are transformed and communities are improved because of disABILITY LINK and Tools for Life, Georgia’s Assistive Technology Act program.
This year, these two programs are joining forces to learn from you about what is working well and what else needs to done. Please come prepared to think about the future and to be a part of making that future a reality!
